On Sunday, 14 February, the four-day Polagra-Premiery International Fair of Agricultural Mechanization and Pro-Horti Horticultural Contracting Exhibition were both officially closed. It is Poland's largest event gathering producers, fruit growers, vegetable growers along with professionals and practitioners from the agricultural and horticultural sector from all over Europe. This year, over 300 exhibitors and represented companies came to Poznań not only from Poland, but also from Austria, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain and Ukraine. The fairs were also attended by companies from outside Europe, representing such countries as India or United Arab Emirates. Over 200 newly launched products were showcased: machines and equipment, as well as the latest technical and technological solutions for the industry.

Every year, Polagra-Premiery attracts thousands of new technology enthusiasts and farmers who wish to enhance their expertise on the development of production and processing. It is a wonderful venue for discussion and experience sharing, but also an incredibly valuable source of information about the latest trends in this industry. This year, over 40,000 professional visitors came to the capital of Wielkopolska. A wide fair offer covered all sectors of agriculture: from tractors and combine harvesters to multi-purpose seed drills and trailers, to chemicals and fertilizers. The diversified exposition of Polagra-Premiery and Pro-Horti fairs was accompanied by many side events, including the Forum of Rapeseed Producers, Forum of Grain and Maize Producers and seminars on crop protection chemicals or new products in agricultural engineering for fruit growing.
